Potatoes on the Plancheta Recipe

Cut your potatoes about 1/2 inch in size.

Add to a ziplock bag with olive oil and Lucky Sevens Santa Maria Style BBQ Rub.

Let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Toss them on to the plancheta, grill, iron skillet or even the oven at 450 degrees for about 15-25 minutes.
